Sales Consultant, $60K–$100K+ Potential
About The Position
Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals who are passionate about using creativity to help customers create their dream homes. This is a full-commission sales position with uncapped income potential. During the first four pay periods of training, associates receive an additional $15 per hour on top of commissions. Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities are also available. The role offers paid training, tools and support, quality products, and a service and delivery team. It is described as a part-time role with flexible hours and a focus on work-life balance. Requirements
- Be comfortable using computers and participating in computer training.
- Be available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting furniture.
- Assist customers with arranging financing.
- Set up final delivery.
- Use a positive attitude and strong organizational skills when working with customers.
