- No automotive experience required
- Willingness to learn and take coaching

- Comfortable talking with customers

- A driver's license is required

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a fun, comfortable buying experience
- Talk with customers to understand what they're looking for
- Learn about Kia vehicles and help customers find the right fit
- Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Build relationships with customers and follow up throughout the buying process
- Work with our sales and management team to put together great deals
- Stay connected with customers after the sale and help build repeat business
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the dealership every day
