You don't need prior automotive or sales experience, as we will provide training on vehicles, processes, and skills. The ideal candidate will bring personality, effort, reliability, and drive to create a fun and comfortable dealership experience for customers. Responsibilities

Welcome customers and create a fun, comfortable dealership experience
Ask questions and listen to understand what each customer is looking for
Learn the Toyota lineup and help customers find the vehicle that fits their needs
Demonstrate vehicles and explain features in an easy-to-understand way
Take customers on test drives and help make the experience exciting
Build relationships and follow up with customers throughout the sales process
Work with the sales team and management to help customers complete their purchase
Stay organized and keep up with customer follow-ups
Work toward individual and team goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first hello to the delivery of their new vehicle
