Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational and computer skills.

Valid state driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide a positive experience to all customers who enter the dealership.
Answer phone calls and follow up on leads.
Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with Morrie's customers.
Help customers select a vehicle using the Morrie's Needs Assessment.
Stay up to date on available products, features, and accessories.
Work with Sales and Finance managers to close deals.
Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up.
Explain vehicle operation features, The Morrie's Promise, and other paperwork to customers.
Follow up on post-purchase action items, including tag and title work.
