Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required. If you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the automotive business.

Responsibilities

Build genuine relationships with customers and create a welcoming, no-pressure experience.
Learn about each customer's lifestyle and help them find the right Subaru for their needs.
Guide customers through the vehicle selection, demonstration, and purchasing process.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
Build repeat and referral business by earning trust—not by simply making a sale.
Use dealership technology and CRM tools to manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up.
Work closely with the sales, service, parts, and finance teams to create a seamless customer experience.
Participate in dealership and community events.
Represent the Kocourek Subaru and Subaru LOVE philosophy in every customer interaction.
Continue learning about Subaru products, technology, safety features, and the automotive industry.
