This role involves responding to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication. The Sales Consultant will assist guests in vehicle selection, provide industry knowledge, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. While automotive sales experience is a plus, it is not required. The company offers top-notch training and provides all Sales team members one weekend off a month. Capitol Ford is recognized as one of the top 100 Ford stores nationally, selling over 3,000 Mustangs, F-150s, and new and used vehicles annually.
