Sales Consultant, $60K–$100K+ Potential
About The Position
Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals who are passionate about using creativity to help customers create their dream homes. The role is a full-commission sales position with uncapped income potential. During the first four pay periods of training, associates receive an additional $15 per hour on top of commissions, and quarterly and annual bonus opportunities are available. Paid training and the tools needed to succeed are provided, along with top-quality products and support from the service and delivery team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available at a retail store location.
Requirements
- Be comfortable using computers and training on computer systems.
- Be available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.
- Have a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting furniture.
- Assist customers with arranging financing.
- Set up final delivery.
- Use organizational skills to support the sales process.
