This position will cover a territory that includes both Rochester and Syracuse, NY. As our New Business Sales Consultant, you are proactively building relationships with architects, general contractors, and developers to ensure KONE solutions are meeting your customer’s needs and creating value throughout the sales lifecycle. You design complex technology solutions utilizing our industry-leading support system in order to ensure their sustainable growth. You also collaborate with our operations team regarding ideal project categorization, as well as site readiness expectations for the customer. You will bring 2+ years of relevant sales expertise to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree or additional 4 + years of experience. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or additional 4 + years of experience
  • Ability to build and develop professional customer relations through excellent customer service.
  • Ambition to continuously learn and use technological tools such as our CRM.
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning a solution selling methodology, such as Sandler.
  • Spirit to collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders.
