About The Position

TF Partners Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Sales Consultant to work directly with local business owners to provide affordable employee benefit solutions. This is a relationship-driven, business-to-business sales role where you will learn each client's needs, present tailored solutions, and help companies better support their teams. No prior industry experience is required. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to build a successful long-term career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with local business owners and decision-makers in a consultative sales environment

  • Present customized solutions that align with client budgets and objectives
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
  • Provide ongoing service, communication, and follow-up support
  • Use CRM systems to track activity, client interactions, and pipeline progress
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings
  • Contribute to individual performance goals and overall team success
