Locally Owned Hand & Stone Anthem is independently owned and operated by the same local franchise owners for 18 years. We are not a corporate-owned facility. We are led by a Spa Director with 20 years of advanced aesthetics expertise. We don't just "run a spa"—we curate a high-end wellness environment. If you are a sales professional who values local ownership and a Butler/Concierge-level of service, we want you on our Team. This is a sales-heavy position. You aren't just checking people in; you are a Wellness Consultant responsible for meeting membership quotas and service goals. We are a Team, not a "family." We value professional boundaries, mutual respect, and hitting targets. We utilize Zenoti and expect "old school" customer service—that means personalized follow-ups, detailed client notes, and 5-star hospitality.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and meeting quotas.
  • The ability to provide a "concierge" experience.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • A "results-oriented" mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Meet daily and weekly sales goals.
  • Provide one-on-one, undivided attention to every guest.
  • Learn the science behind our Dermalogica and Image Skincare lines to effectively recommend home care and upgrades.
  • Maintain a pristine facility and handle high-volume scheduling with precision.
