Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations with a dedicated focus on incentive compensation design in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or an Operational field.
  • Proven proficiency in Salesforce and advanced data tools like Excel, Domo, or Tableau.
  • You are a natural communicator with a proven talent for translating complex data into clear narratives for executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing multi-channel direct sales compensation strategies.
  • A passion for "visionary pragmatism"—thinking big while building scalable, working processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement and end-to-end management of Sales Compensation Plan documents, policies, and internal processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams for creation, approval, and communication.
  • Own the monthly commission review and sign-off for critical business units, ensuring appropriate controls are tested and maintained within the sales compensation software.
  • Champion sales tool automation to reduce manual tasks, enabling teams to focus on driving revenue.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by preparing and presenting executive summaries on the health of the sales funnel and performance gaps.
