PepsiCo Beverages Fall 2026 Sales Co-op is a 4-month program where participants will be fully immersed in sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills. This co-op offers the chance to gain critical sales experiences, develop relationships, leverage sales forecasting tools, sell and service customers, and merchandise iconic brands. Participants will also work closely with Sales leaders on field sales projects, such as POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization. Based on success, there is an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially leading to a post-graduation job offer.
