About The Position

PepsiCo Beverages Fall 2026 Sales Co-op is a 4-month program where participants will be fully immersed in sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives. This co-op offers the chance to develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers. Participants will gain critical sales experiences, including developing relationships within the Field Sales network, receiving coaching, and engaging in career connects with leadership. They will also leverage sales forecasting tools to meet targets, sell and service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements, and merchandise iconic brands to execute advertising displays. Additionally, participants will work closely with Sales leaders on a field sales project utilizing analytical and communication skills, focusing on areas like POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization. Success in this co-op may lead to an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially securing a post-graduation career offer.

Requirements

  • Available to work full time from September to December 2026.
  • In your third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
  • Valid, full driver’s license, with a clean driving record & reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • Skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
  • A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers.
  • Develop relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best in class coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Sell & service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • Flex both entrepreneurial muscles and physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
  • Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers.
  • Engage in POS optimization.
  • Engage in Innovation Launch & Sustainment.
  • Engage in Customer Development Agreement optimization.
  • Engage in other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.
