PepsiCo Beverages Fall 2026 Sales Co-op is a 4-month program where participants will be fully immersed in sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives. This co-op offers the chance to develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers. Participants will gain critical sales experiences, including developing relationships within the Field Sales network, receiving coaching, and engaging in career connects with leadership. They will also leverage sales forecasting tools to meet targets, sell and service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements, and merchandise iconic brands to execute advertising displays. Additionally, participants will work closely with Sales leaders on a field sales project utilizing analytical and communication skills, focusing on areas like POS optimization, innovation launch and sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization. Success in this co-op may lead to an opportunity to interview for the Sales Leadership Program, potentially securing a post-graduation career offer.
