About The Position

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a motivated student for a Fall 2026 Commercial / Go-To-Market IT Projects Co-op position. This co-op work term is from September to December 2026, with a start date of September 8, 2026, at the Mississauga Headquarters. The role offers compensation between $25 to $37.50 per hour. PepsiCo is a fast-paced, diverse organization that leverages a wide range of technologies, from mobile apps to advanced analytics. Requirements

• Motivated learner enrolled in a Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or IT-related program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including multitasking and effective time management.
• Strong skills in developing presentations and reports.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SQL required.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to build collaborative relationships!

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience as an IT or Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
• Exposure to Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in analytics from conception to delivery an asset.
• Working experience with dashboarding (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of project plans, including monitoring progress, tracking schedules, and managing dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, status reports, and dashboards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements, scope, and project objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams and external vendors during the build and delivery phases to provide requirements clarification, feedback, and alignment.
• Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creation of test cases and maintenance of traceability matrices.
• Support project go-live activities, including troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and resolution management.
• Support business stakeholders in testing and delivering digital tools and technologies to enhance insights, reporting, and decision-making.
