About The Position

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a motivated student for a Fall 2026 Commercial / Go-To-Market IT Projects Co-op position. This co-op work term is from September to December 2026, with a start date of September 8, 2026, at the Mississauga Headquarters. The role offers compensation between $25 to $37.50 per hour. PepsiCo is a fast-paced, diverse organization that leverages a wide range of technologies, from mobile apps to advanced analytics. This co-op placement provides ongoing professional development, opportunities to work with various functional departments and leaders, impactful project work, flexible work arrangements, and the chance to learn from business partners to gain key decision-making skills. Opportunities for plant tours and visits are also available.

Requirements

  • Motivated learner enrolled in a Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or IT-related program.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including multitasking and effective time management.
  • Strong skills in developing presentations and reports.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SQL required.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to build collaborative relationships!

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience as an IT or Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
  • Exposure to Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in analytics from conception to delivery an asset.
  • Working experience with dashboarding (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of project plans, including monitoring progress, tracking schedules, and managing dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements, scope, and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams and external vendors during the build and delivery phases to provide requirements clarification, feedback, and alignment.
  • Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creation of test cases and maintenance of traceability matrices.
  • Support project go-live activities, including troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and resolution management.
  • Support business stakeholders in testing and delivering digital tools and technologies to enhance insights, reporting, and decision-making.
