Guardian Tax is looking for motivated Sales Closers who know how to build trust, overcome objections, and turn qualified opportunities into closed deals. If you’re confident on the phone, enjoy consultative selling, and are motivated by performance-based earnings, this is an opportunity to grow with a team that provides the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. This is an inbound sales role focused on helping individuals find solutions for their tax concerns. Every person you speak with has already reached out for assistance. Your role is to understand their situation, present the right solution, and confidently guide them through the sales process.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
- Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals
Responsibilities
- Speak with individuals seeking tax relief solutions
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and goals
- Present solutions clearly and confidently
- Overcome objections and confidently close deals
- Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
