With a consultative approach, you will evaluate leads, assess case eligibility, and confidently guide families through the decision to retain our firm. This is a high-energy, metrics-driven sales role that rewards empathy, persistence, and a commitment to outstanding closing performance. Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience or 3+ years in a sales environment.
  • Proven ability to close deals and convert qualified leads into retained clients.
  • Experience working in KPI or metrics-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle high-volume client interactions.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Client-first mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, video, text, and email for prospective clients.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
  • Convert consultations into retained clients through trust building and effective communication.
  • Explain legal services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
  • Handle objections confidently and guide prospective clients toward informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Case Analysts to ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Process client payments and complete intake documentation.
  • Provide a high level of empathy and professionalism when assisting clients in sensitive situations.
