This role is responsible for generating revenue growth and managing Credit Union client relationships in a named account environment. The Sales Client Executive will develop close alliances with senior client management, offer recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiate contracts and agreements. They will act as a strategic partner and primary contact for each client, helping them leverage data, analytics, software, and technology solutions for lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to grasp concepts quickly, and share industry knowledge. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities, and issue resolution are key. Understanding the customer's perspective and advocating for them internally is also important. The Sales Client Executive will develop forecasts, advance the sales pipeline, ensure solution delivery, and identify new business growth opportunities. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is located in the Southern California region.
