About The Position

Experian is a global data and technology company that helps redefine lending practices, uncover and prevent fraud, simplify healthcare, create marketing solutions, and gain deeper insights into the automotive market. This role is responsible for generating revenue growth and managing Credit Union client relationships in a named account environment. The Sales Client Executive will develop close alliances with senior client management, offer recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiate contracts and agreements. They will act as a strategic partner and primary contact for each client, helping them leverage data, analytics, software, and technology solutions for lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to grasp concepts quickly, and share industry knowledge. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities, and issue resolution are key. Understanding the customer's perspective and advocating for them internally is also important. The Sales Client Executive will develop forecasts, advance the sales pipeline, ensure solution delivery, and identify new business growth opportunities. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is located in the Southern California region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutions
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 25+ accounts
  • Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytic, fraud and software solutions within financial services
  • Experience with risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union or banking industry
  • Understanding of customer priorities and the plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Grasp concepts quickly and share knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform customer businesses.
  • Collaborate with members across different teams, balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues, and identifying opportunities.
  • Understand customers by seeing their world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of the customer to improve Experian's solutions.
  • Develop forecasts and advance pipeline.
  • Ensure delivery of solutions.
  • Identify new ways to grow Experian's business and expand current partnerships.
  • Challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with teammates and customers.
