About The Position

Results Roofing is hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level position on its sales team. The role involves canvassing assigned neighborhoods, educating homeowners about roof age, storm damage, and insurance eligibility, and scheduling no-cost roof inspections. It provides a foundation, training, and experience for those interested in progressing to a full roofing sales role. Compensation includes a $28,000 annual base salary plus a 10% commission on the profit of every job the canvasser sets, with uncapped earning potential. The schedule is Monday through Friday for a minimum of 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned neighborhoods and consistently knock doors.
• Knock a minimum of 40 doors per day.
• Identify qualified homes with roofs that are 15 or more years old.
• Talk with homeowners about storm damage and insurance-covered roof replacements.
• Educate homeowners about roof age, damage, and insurance eligibility.
• Explain how the company can help homeowners get a new roof through their insurance.
• Build trust and answer homeowners’ questions.
• Schedule no-cost roof inspections.
• Help drive new business and support the team.
