About The Position

The Sales BDC Representative is the first point of contact for many customers, responsible for connecting customers with the sales team, managing internet leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is crucial in delivering a positive first impression and supporting sales efforts within the dealership group.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat
  • Follow up with internet leads and existing customers
  • Schedule appointments for customers with our sales team
  • Build rapport and create a positive first impression with every customer
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Support sales managers with lead management and business development efforts
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
