Overhead Door Company of Colorado Springs™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Business Development Sales Representative to support the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. HS Diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers such as hospitals, schools, and municipalities
  • Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
  • Base pay begins at $65,000+, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Business to business sales presentations with industrial and commercial businesses using a consultative sales approach
  • Analyze each customer's door problems; meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of doors and door building related products
  • Promptly follow up to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessary
  • Be responsible for achieving sales objectives
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
