About The Position

The All-New King Ford of Nashville is seeking a self-motivated, competitive Business Development/Sales Representative to join their growing Sales and Business Development team. This full-time, in-person role in Nashville, GA, combines proactive customer outreach with sales execution. The position involves engaging customers, creating opportunities, setting appointments, and converting interest into deliveries and long-term relationships. This is not a passive role; representatives will be busy, coached, and supported by a team that values effort, discipline, and results. Monthly earnings potential ranges from $2,400 to $6,000+, based on performance, experience, and productivity, with compensation including commissions tied to activity, appointments, and sales results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, wireless retail, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required. If you bring the right attitude and work ethic, we will train you.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively call and text customers to introduce King Ford of Nashville's offers and create sales opportunities.
  • Respond to leads quickly and consistently, then follow up with purpose.
  • Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend the right vehicle and solutions.
  • Set and confirm appointments, then support a clean hand-off to the showroom floor or assist in closing the sale as needed.
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity records to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Work with managers and the sales team to improve scripts, processes, and conversion results.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity and performance goals.
