About The Position

McGrath Acura of Westmont is growing and seeking a Sales BDC Representative with a great attitude and willingness to learn to make an immediate positive impact on their growing department. This role is ideal for BDC Sales Professionals looking for an opportunity to drive the department forward and earn competitive pay from day one. The department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls into the dealership.

  • Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
  • Follow up with all previous day's leads.
  • Create customer contact notes in CRM.
  • Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference.
  • Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
  • Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business.
  • Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales.
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
