About The Position
Kia of Clermont is seeking Business Development Center Agents for the Sales Department. This is an hourly position with competitive pay starting at $15 per hour, plus bonus potential. The dealership is family-owned and operated with an excellent management team and unmatched employee support. The role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and potentially other channels.
- Schedule appointments for the sales department.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve sales and appointment goals.
