Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
Possess strong organizational, follow-up, and accurate record-keeping skills.
Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
Actively listen and deliver a 110% customer experience.
Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
