About The Position

The Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona, is hiring a part-time Sales Attendant. The role supports golf shop operations and guest services in a fast-paced hospitality-focused club environment. The attendant handles shop procedures and sales transactions, makes tee-time reservations, maintains merchandise displays, and may help coordinate golf-course starting times and play. The role also provides support for member events and outside tournaments as needed.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in abnormal weather conditions, including rain, cold, and extreme heat. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and three months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Regular, reliable attendance and availability for a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays are required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures for the shop.
• Maintain accountability for all Member and Guest sales transactions.
• Make tee-time reservations.
• Rotate merchandise inventory and keep displays clean and orderly.
• May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course.
• Assist with member events and outside tournaments as needed.
