About The Position
Reeves Golf Course in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a part-time Sales Attendant to assist customers in the golf course merchandise and rental shop. The role supports a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization and includes customer service, shop operations, sales, golf equipment rentals, and course-related monitoring duties.
Responsibilities
- Book tee times.
- Rent golf equipment.
- Assign golf carts and tee times.
- Sell shop merchandise.
- Open, close, and secure the Pro Shop and carts.
- Keep shelves stocked and tidy.
- Keep work areas clean throughout the shop.
- Discuss merchandise and equipment ordering with management.
- Open and close the cash register, cash out daily income, make daily deposits, and enter them into the ledger.
- Assist customers as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Monitor and marshal speed of play.
- Monitor the parking lot.
- Serve snacks, hotdogs, soft drinks, and beer.
