About The Position

The Sales Lot Attendant maintains the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the dealership’s vehicle inventory. The role supports the sales team by staging vehicles for display, customer delivery, and test drives, and by assisting with lot logistics and general appearance. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping the inventory and lot professional and welcoming.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive or lot experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the vehicle lot for new and used inventory.
• Park, move, and stage vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and display-ready.
• Assist with vehicle check-in when vehicles arrive from transport or trade-in.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and accurate window stickers.
• Support the sales and management team with customer deliveries and test drive coordination.
• Maintain lot signage, flags, and display materials.
• Assist with vehicle photography, lot cleanup, and general facility presentation.
• Follow dealership and safety guidelines when operating vehicles.
