About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for its BOSS Store in Scottsdale. The role helps convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise in an engaging way, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate serves as a brand ambassador and works with the team to bring the company’s collections to customers. The position focuses on customer service and relationship selling, achieving personal sales results, following operating procedures and policies, engaging with the local community, and supporting store management with health and safety practices. The associate is expected to follow applicable local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
