About The Position

Louis Vuitton is seeking a motivated, organized, goal-oriented Operations Associate to join its team in Scottsdale. The role supports back-of-house efficiency and helps the team provide efficient service to clients while ensuring processes meet brand standards. It is suited to someone seeking to develop a career in luxury retail back-of-house operations, with an interest in operations, stock, repairs, and after-sales service. The position includes responsibilities across inventory management, client services, store facilities and systems, financial policies and procedures, and client care. Requirements

Experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus.
Be extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive in addressing issues, and able to solve problems.
