About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Brea Mall. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This role fits your lifestyle, jumping in when it matters most (peak hours) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. This position requires the completion of an assessment.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
- Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.

- Support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours.
- Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery.
- Step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- California : $16.90 per hour - $18.25 per hour commensurate with experience
