About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Galleria at Tyler. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role fits your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. This position requires the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.
Requirements
- Demonstrate you are a results-oriented seller.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.

- Provide reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
