About The Position

As the largest jewellery brand in the world, Pandora gives a voice to millions of people’s loves every day through its beautiful products that empower people to express themselves. This role is for a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. This job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Requirements

Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
