About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ La Plaza. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewelry, and build brand loyalty. A flexible schedule is required, varying with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times. This role also requires the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.

Benefits
- Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
