About The Position

We are proud to be part of our customers' stories and the most important moments in their lives. This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Dallas Galleria. The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This role fits your lifestyle, as you'll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. This job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application.

Requirements

  • Results-oriented seller.
  • Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • At least 18 years or older.
  • Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
  • Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
  • Reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
