About The Position

The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Del Monte Center store delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds ways to engage and attract customers. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers in styling jewellery, and supports store operations during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed.

This flexible part-time role is suited to someone who can vary their availability with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. The role may involve standing for extended periods, lifting more than 50 pounds, and arriving at work on time. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling skills.
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to connect and communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Be available for schedules ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
