About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its BOSS Store in Cherry Hill. The role conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering exceptional customer experiences, presenting merchandise in an engaging way, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate represents the brand and helps bring its collections to customers. The position focuses on customer service and relationship-based selling, building a client base, supporting the merchant group, and handling general problem solving. The associate also follows operating procedures and company policies, participates in community engagement and promotional opportunities, and supports store management with health and safety practices and procedures.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

- Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
