About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for its Cherry Hill Mall location. The associate represents the brand to customers, learns Squishable’s products, and uses product knowledge and communication skills to provide a high level of customer service and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
