About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver an excellent customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while upholding the brand’s standards. The role works under the guidance of the Store Management team. Associates engage customers, promote the brand and its products, and help maintain store inventory and operations. This is a temporary, part-time position.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build brand loyalty.
Stay informed about brand campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory and restock shelves.
Operate the cash register and support other sales-floor duties.
