Temporary Sales Associate - Part-Time
About The Position
TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver a top-notch customer experience and support the sales floor and behind-the-scenes operations while promoting and upholding the brand’s standards under the guidance of the Store Management team. The role involves building customer relationships, promoting the brand and its products, and contributing to store operations as part of a proactive team. The position is temporary and part-time. The schedule is flexible and includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay range is $16.00–$20.50. Eligibility depends on employment status, location, and length of employment.
Requirements
- Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
- Energy and excitement around the brand’s goals and values.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build brand loyalty.
- Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Support sales-floor and store operations, including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering.
