About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver a top-notch customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while promoting and upholding the brand’s standards under the guidance of the Store Management team. The role includes engaging customers, promoting brand campaigns and products, processing inventory, restocking, and cashiering. This is a temporary, part-time position. The schedule is flexible and includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Energy and excitement around the brand’s goals and values.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage conversation, inspire sales, and build brand loyalty.
Promote the brand’s vision and stay informed about current campaigns and product launches.
Process new inventory and restock shelves.
Operate the cash register and provide cashiering support.
