• Provide excellent service by prioritizing customer needs and creating a memorable shopping experience from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and establish Diamonds Direct as customers’ preferred destination for luxury jewelry.
• Use knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers toward informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process in the customer’s best interest, including detailed follow-through after the sale.
• Maintain an organized work environment and attend to detail throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance that reflect Diamonds Direct’s standards.
