• Use knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers toward informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process with the customer’s best interests in mind, including detailed follow-through after the sale.
• Maintain an organized work environment and attention to detail throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance that reflects Diamonds Direct’s standards.
