Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience, from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and position Diamonds Direct as customers’ destination for luxury jewelry.
• Use knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers toward informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process with the customer’s best interests in mind and provide detailed follow-through after the sale.
• Maintain an organized work environment and demonstrate attention to detail throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance consistent with Diamonds Direct’s standards.
