About The Position

As a Jewelry Sales Associate with Diamonds Direct, you will provide customer-focused service in a fast-paced, family-oriented luxury jewelry environment. You will work with a broad inventory and leading designer collections to help customers make informed, personalized choices. • GIA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by prioritizing customers’ needs and creating a memorable experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and establish Diamonds Direct as customers’ preferred destination for luxury jewelry.
• Use knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers toward informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process in the customer’s best interest, including detailed follow-through after the sale.
• Keep the work environment organized and maintain attention to detail throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance consistent with Diamonds Direct’s standards.
