About The Position
The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO drives sales while creating a positive in-store customer experience. The role supports the store team by meeting sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising, following store policies and procedures, assisting with daily operations, and helping foster an inclusive environment. The position reports to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or the service industry.
- Deep interest in fashion.
- Customer-first approach and natural ability to connect with people.
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to remain on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).
Responsibilities
- Meet individual sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
- Maintain the store’s appearance through visual merchandising and displays.
- Follow policies and procedures, particularly those involving payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
- Support daily operations, including restocking and back-store tasks.
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
