About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Merrimack. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate provides customer service, builds client relationships, drives personal sales, follows store procedures and policies, and supports Health & Safety practices and local regulations. The position also contributes to community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

2–3 years of Specialty Retail Sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

BS College Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
Drive business with the merchant group and assist with general problem solving.
Achieve positive personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
Assist with implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
