About The Position

The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service. Duties may include greeting customers, cashiering, answering product questions, assembling products, housekeeping, and other tasks assigned by the manager. This position primarily rotates and restocks merchandise. Open availability is required, with shifts potentially beginning as early as 5:00 a.m. The position is 25 hours per week and requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with customer service questions.
Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
Assist with receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
Assist with cycle counts.
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
Process customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
Handle cash accurately.
Handle customer returns.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager, which may include product assembly and general housekeeping.
