About The Position
The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, with excellent customer service as the primary focus. Duties may include greeting customers, answering product questions, cashiering, assembling products, and general housekeeping. This position primarily focuses on rotating and restocking stock. The schedule requires open availability, potentially starting as early as 5:00 a.m., for 25 hours per week. The stated starting hourly pay is $16.00, with a $2.00 weekend premium. The role is in a retail store environment with cold and warm conditions and an irregular work schedule. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with customer-service questions.
- Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
- Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
- Assist with receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
- Assist with cycle counts.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Process customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
- Handle cash accurately.
- Handle customer returns.
- Rotate and restock stock.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
