About The Position

DSI is hiring a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to represent AT&T inside a high-traffic retail partner location in Macon, Georgia. This in-store sales role centers on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales. The associate helps customers find suitable wireless products and services while working toward performance goals and contributing to store results. The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience; preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers about AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize store sales performance.
