Requirements

  • Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday.
  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
  • Computer and internet savvy.
  • MS Office experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer (internal and external) priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
  • Must be available to work retail hours including weekends.
  • Must be available to travel for trainings, client events, conferences.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • General knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.
  • Being a genuine Maison Ambassador.
  • Uphold Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times and be an Ambassador for the Brand.
  • Self-starter with a team-player approach.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service, creating a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining high standards, and possessing solid product knowledge.
  • Adapt sales approach based on client needs and motivations.
  • Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
  • Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, acting as a referent and providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
  • Stay current with industry news and competitors.
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, partnering with management to develop client and prospect plans.
  • Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools.
  • Resolve client issues/concerns appropriately and escalate to management as needed.
  • Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
  • Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with daily boutique set-up and breakdown, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Assist in merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
  • Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, such as price changes or back-office support.
